CSO BIG/LITTLE PROGRAM

Purpose: The purpose of the big/little program is to provide incoming freshmen with guidance, encouragement, information, and insight from older perhaps wiser CSO members and alums. This may be their first time away from home and having a big bro/sis can help to provide a smooth transition. A big bro/sis gives the freshmen someone to look up to and use as a mentor.

Another main goal of the program is to help increase the retention and success of CSO members. As corny as it sounds, the big/little program is about building lasting friendship. If nothing else, it's a fun way to have newer CSO members meet and bond with older CSO members.

Littles will find out who their Bigs are at the first Big/Little Dinner. There will also be other big/little special events planned throughout the year.
